If you would like to make a special Bunny cake this Easter to share with your friends and family whilst also improving your decorating and modelling skills this is a great starter course.

Learn how to buttercream and ice a 6″ round cake and create the perfect bunny to hop on top of your Easter cake! Places are limited, only 4 available.

We are often asked about Vintage Cupcake Decorating Courses, so here it is. This is one of our most popular courses and great if you are looking to make pretty vintage cupcakes for a wedding or a party. We will teach you several different decorating techniques from making bows to brush embroidery. Due to how many elements there are to learn on this course this unlike our other cupcake courses is a full day!

All the techniques will be demonstrated to you and explained step by step. You can then use the techniques and skills shown by our professional sugar craft masters to produce your flower bouquet.

We will provide all the materials and equipment you will need during the course.

A delicious lunch made from local suppliers produce is included and also a cheeky glass of bubbly!

You will even be able to take home a box full of your beautifully made cupcakes.

Learn a new skill in bite size pieces, every Tuesday at 9.30am

Two relaxing hours of coffee, cakes, chatter and Chloe’s expert tuition.

Whether you are a total beginner or know a thing or two about cake decorating, pop along and meet some friendly faces and have a good old natter. Bring a friend or come and meet some new ones.

Over the 6 weeks you will get hands on practice at everything from the latest kid’s cake designs, making a fabulous Gateaux for your next dinner party to sugar flower floristry..
Make weekly suggestions on new skills you would like to learn and Chloe will try to plan them into future H-o-T Cakers.

Take away recipes, tips and tricks and also the chance to buy any cakey supplies you may need to make your own creations at home.

Venue can change depending on how many H-o-T Cakers are attending each week, but don’t worry it will always be in Henley and we will ping you an email on a Monday to let you know “the where” but the “who, when and how” stays the same.
