Decorate Childrens Cake Class

If you are looking to make a special cake for your little one, this great course will teach you all the basics you need to know. Our expert cake decorators, will show you how to achieve a smooth icing finish and professional looking cake toppers.

On this course Chloe will cover all the basic skills and techniques on how to bake and create a professionally iced cake. Chloe will also show you how to make some icing decorations for the top of your cake. All the techniques will be demonstrated to you and explained step by step. You will use the techniques and skills shown to produce your own cakey creation. All the materials and equipment you will need during the course will be provided, so just bring yourself and lots of enthusiasm.

Wedding & Tiered Cake Class – Intermediate

If you would like to master the delicate art of creating tiered celebration or wedding cakes and using royal icing to decorate your cakes, this is a great class that is 100% focused on doing exactly that.

Tiered cakes look so impressive and once you get the hang of it and learn a few tricks of the trade you will soon be impressing your friends and family with your newly learnt skills. You will learn how to ice and stack a very tasty 6″ & 8″ sponge cake and decorate them with your newly found royal icing piping skills.
