Q) How do I order a cake from your Cake! By Chloe?

A) There are two ways of buying from our website:-

1) You can either choose from a selection of designs and sizes in our Order Cakes section online and then add your message and choose your colour scheme. You then finalise your order through Sage Pay or Paypal. The cakes available from the online shop are either for collection from our cake decorating premises or can be delivered to postcodes in the UK mainland.

2) If you would like to a different sized cake or wish to customise one of our designs shown then simply Contact us or use the contact us form. We will provide you with the relevant information and options available to you.

Q) Can I customise the cakes in the galleries or have a different design that is not on your website?

A) Yes of course. All our cakes are handmade to order and no two cakes are the same, as the message, colour scheme can be unique to you. If we are unable to reach you this may delay your order to be processed.

However If you have a specific design in mind you can always use our Bespoke Cakes ordering service. All bespoke cake orders are personally co-ordinated by Chloe, please feel free to contact us to find out more.

Q) What does the suitable alternative tick box mean?

A) It is not always possible to fit the whole message you provide onto a cake. We allow up to 26 characters but certain designs won’t permit that number or certain details may already be allowed for on the cake design it’s self, for example the age being shown. On these occasions we will contact you before processing your order to suggest a suitable alternative and with your agreement we can continue to process your order. However if you are happy for us to adapt the message to suit the cake design you can always tick this box, which will mean we can continue to work on your order with no delay. An example of this would be for you to provide us with a message that reads “Happy 21st Birthday Alexander” We would simple edit the message to read “Alexander 21 today”

Q) How long do I need to order my cake in advance?

A) We ask that you allow a minimum of 5 working days for your cake to be posted. If you require your cake sooner then please contact us before ordering as during busy periods it’s not always possible and a last minute cake fee of 25% applies.

Q)What size cake do I need?

A)The size of the cake you require would all depend on the amount of people you wish to serve a piece of cake to. For more information please have a look at our Portion Guides information.

Delivery and storage:

Q) Can I have my cake delivered?

A) Yes we can deliver to the UK mainland, but certain areas in Scotland require longer for shipping. So that your cake is delivered to you as carefully as possible we only ship cakes via our courier partner. Baking supplies and Treats by Post can be either couriered or posted via Royal Mail.
